The Specialist will assess client needs, develop person-centered housing plans, and assertively link individuals to community resources. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, advocating for clients, and participating in housing solutions meetings.
A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences and two years of counseling experience are preferred. Candidates must possess knowledge of social service case management and the ability to work with diverse, vulnerable populations.
