• Summary: As an LPN at FLACRA, you will oversee the medical and behavioral health needs of clients in our residential program for substance use and mental health. You will provide medical care, support clients through detox and recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care.

• Responsibilities: Administer medications and monitor withdrawal symptoms Respond to crisis situations related to substance use and mental health Conduct medical assessments and document care Collaborate with therapists and counselors on care plans Educate clients on coping strategies, medication adherence, and recovery Support clients in developing behavioral and mental health coping mechanisms Work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing patient needs
