The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and instructing patients to prevent or alleviate functional limitations resulting from injury or pathology. They must document therapy plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries while coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or equivalent in physical therapy and possess a current, valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License. A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and CPR certification are also required.
