Qualifications

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Active/Unrestricted Medical License Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine 5-7 years Residency Training Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred Licensed Physician Required Baptist Health, founded in 1955, is North Florida's most comprehensive health care system and the area's only non-profit, mission-driven, locally governed health care provider.
