Market context

Ohio dentist roles favor licensed DDS/DMD candidates

Ohio dental practices commonly seek DDS or DMD candidates who already hold state licensure and current CPR certification, so fully credentialed applicants are often easier to place. Associate/Partner Dentist roles can be competitive because they may combine clinical autonomy with mentorship and family-friendly hours, while compensation structures can vary by practice. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here against the original posting before applying, and confirm your licensure and CPR status are current.
