The Counselor provides therapy and guidance to patients with traumatic brain injuries and their families to help them regain independence. Key duties include conducting evaluations, setting counseling goals, and implementing individualized treatment programs.
A Master's degree and state licensure in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field are required. Two years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation is preferred.

The Staff Counselor provides therapy and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care. Work is full-time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional weekend and/or night work. Work is primarily at the clinic with occasional work at the residential site or in the community.
