• Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and exercises Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy Experience with pediatrics and early intervention preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.
