The Advanced Practice Provider will join the inpatient transplant team to manage liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients. Responsibilities include providing clinical coverage for transplant and hepatobiliary patients during night shifts.
Candidates must be a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. At least one year of inpatient work experience is preferred, with a preference for those with prior transplant experience.
Overview APP- Inpatient Surg Non-OR NIGHT (Transplant, PRN) Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the collaborative team of Piedmont Transplant. The Advanced Practice Provider inpatient team covers liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients and patients with hepatobiliary disorders. The Piedmont Transplant Institute is a leader in the Southeast in patient outcomes, transplant volumes, and community outreach: performing 300 kidney transplants and ~176 liver transplants in the most recent fiscal year.
