The Physical Therapist will perform functional assessments and design evidence-based treatment plans to help patients regain independence and mobility in their homes. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active Virginia Physical Therapy license. A valid driver's license is required for frequent travel to patient homes.
