About the role

Operates radiologic equipment to perform clinical diagnostic radiographs and routine procedures across all patient age groups. Provides complex technical care and advanced imaging such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.

Overview Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.

Provide patient services using imaging modalities.

Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures).

Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.

Qualifications

Education Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required Work Experience 2 years experience Required Licenses and Certifications ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required and BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required Business
