The O.R. Nurse is responsible for delivering surgical patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, and planning. They also coordinate nursing care and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure efficient patient outcomes.
The candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) capable of directing and coordinating nursing care based on established clinical practices. They should be proficient in the nursing process and effective at interdisciplinary collaboration.
