Associate degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician Program, ACT 169 clearance, and certification by A.S.C.P. within 6 months from date of hire OR possess a H.E.W. certification with 5 years of full-time clinical laboratory experience OR Already functioning as an MLT within SVH or TMC (Grandfathered) as off June 2002.
