The physical therapist evaluates, plans, and implements rehabilitation treatment programs for patients in their homes as directed by a physician. They are also responsible for providing patient and family education and maintaining all necessary clinical documentation.
Candidates must be licensed drivers with an insured vehicle and possess the ability to perform physical tasks like kneeling, reaching, and lifting. Additionally, they must pass a background check with the Family Care Safety Registry and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
