The Mental Health Therapist provides clinical assessments, referrals, and counseling for mental health issues under the supervision of the Practice Manager. The role involves managing multiple priorities, interpreting policies, and evaluating departmental quality goals.
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to operate standard office equipment. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to interact professionally with staff and the public.
The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment, referral and/or counseling for mental health problems.
