The LPN provides quality patient care under the direction of an RN or provider in surgical and step-down units. They are responsible for administering medications, performing dressing changes, and collecting thorough information regarding patient conditions.
Candidates must hold an LPN IV certification and possess the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and standing. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to evaluate the effects of care are essential for this role.
