The Miracles in Progress program is a specialized recovery program serving men who have experienced chronic homelessness and long-term substance use. This program provides structured, long-term treatment focused on substance use disorder recovery and co-occurring mental health support, helping participants achieve stability and maintain long term sobriety.
We are currently hiring for Part Time Behavioral Specialist II positions within our Miracles in Progress program.
The Behavioral Specialist II is responsible for providing direct support, case management, advocacy, and clinical services to individuals navigating recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration into the community. This role plays a critical part in managing complex cases and collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Work Environment This role is fully onsite in a behavioral health treatment setting. The position requires frequent client interaction, coordination with external agencies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Staff may encounter high acuity situations and must be able to respond appropriately to behavioral health crises.
