The clinician will serve as the primary lead within an ACCS team, conducting assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans. They will also provide direct clinical intervention, crisis coordination, and guidance to direct care staff to ensure effective recovery support.

Hourly LMHC, LICSW, LMFT: $37-$43

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.

Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations.

What You Bring

Licensure: Current, independent Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Ph.D., or Psy.D. required.

Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.

Skills:

Sensitivity to cultural diversity.

Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and have experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to provide rotating on-call coverage are also required.
