Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills. Customize therapy strategies to meet individual patient goals and objectives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards. Provide training and support for family members to assist with therapeutic exercise and strategies at home. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess an active SLP SLP license and ASHA certification. At least one year of clinical speech therapy experience and a current driver's license are required.
