Provides direct occupational therapy patient care and supports clinical case management in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. Ensures accurate documentation and provides supervision to occupational therapy assistants in accordance with state regulations.
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current, unencumbered license to practice in Georgia. Two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment is preferred.
