The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide patient treatments and collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and other disciplines to facilitate effective clinical case management. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive, interdisciplinary team environment.

Prefer two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.
