The Charge Nurse oversees patient care, assesses patient conditions, and documents changes in accordance with clinical policies and regulations. They also implement care plans, administer medications, and supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality clinical care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a valid LVN, LPN, or RN license. The role requires the ability to follow state and federal guidelines while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
