The veterinary assistant will perform clinical duties including animal restraint, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and surgical assistance. They are also responsible for obtaining medical histories, performing dental procedures, and providing excellent client education.
We are currently looking to hire a Part-Time Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Alta Rancho Pet Hospital in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, certifications, licensure, and location.
Schedule: Part-time, variable shifts, some Saturday coverage required.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of clinical experience as a veterinary technician or assistant. A degree from an AVMA-accredited program is preferred but not required.
