• Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
• In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing.
• Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.
