The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs, collaborating with medical providers, meeting visit quotas, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
Candidates must possess a current and active Physical Therapy license in Texas, along with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Flexibility to adjust priorities based on business needs is also required, alongside the ability to use standard workplace technology.
