The RN Infusion Nurse provides quality in-home care and infusions, administers specialty pharmacy infusion therapies, and coordinates nursing care with the Director of Nursing. They are responsible for maintaining patient safety and adhering to all policies and procedures.
Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse and have at least one year of recent infusion experience, with home health experience preferred. Additional qualifications include proof of current PPD and CPR certification, along with a minimum of two years of medical, surgical, or critical care experience.
