Description We’re a California-based home care agency seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to complete per-diem client assessments and QA supervisory visits. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, works independently, and is genuinely passionate about caring for others. Candidates must have prior experience in home care, with a strong understanding of in-home patient needs, safety standards, and caregiver oversight.
Assessments are scheduled as needed, allowing you to accept work based on your availability while remaining an essential part of high-quality client care.

Active California RN license Minimum 3 years of nursing experience Prior experience in home care (required) Valid government-issued ID Clean background check (no felony convictions) Reliable laptop for documentation Ability to complete assessments independently and on time Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with long-term care (LTC) assessments Gerontology or case management experience
