The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff. They are also responsible for documenting care, ensuring resident safety during transfers, and providing emotional support.
Candidates must hold a valid and active California CNA license, along with active BLS and CPR certifications. The role is open to newly licensed CNAs, though experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
