The physical therapist will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while maintaining compliance with corporate and clinical regulations. They are responsible for fostering open communication with patients, physicians, and colleagues to ensure high-quality pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess a current state license or eligibility for licensure. Previous outpatient experience or a completed outpatient clinical rotation is required, along with CPR certification.
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Minimum Qualificaitons: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Outpatient experinece in the last 5 years if a practicing clinican Outpatient clincial rotation if a current student Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice CPR certification
