• Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado.
• Providing care through-out the region, St.
• Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic.
• At 50 beds, St.
• Elizabeth is the region's referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado.

• Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
• As a Pharmacist Clinical you will: Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions.
• Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary.
• Provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice.
• This is a PRN position (5 shifts scheduled in a 6-week period).
• This position is used to cover call-offs, vacations, and where coverage may be needed.
• PRN is not eligible for benefits but does offer a 15% differential on top of the base rate of pay.

Schedule

• Monday -
• Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm,
• Weekends 8:00am - 12:00pm Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 1 year hospital experience strongly preferred PGY-1 or BCPS preferred May be required to be on-call in certain situations. Bachelor’s Science or Pharm D required Active Pharmacist license in the state you are practicing required ACLS Preferred Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
