The LPN will assess resident health needs, administer medications, and perform treatments according to established protocols. They are also responsible for monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic medical records system.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license and a valid CPR certification. Strong knowledge of nursing principles and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
