The Occupational Therapist will assess patient health to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving independence. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate families on strategies to enhance patient functionality.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid license in New Jersey. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Assess patients' physical and mental health, and develop customized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, strength, and coordination. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on strategies to improve independence and functionality. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid Occupational Therapist license in NJ.
