The therapist will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions while assessing and monitoring clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. They will also participate in diagnostic staff conferences and prepare detailed clinical and statistical reports.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, along with a valid Texas professional license (LCDC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW). A minimum of two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling is required, as well as current CPR and First Aid certifications.
