The PRN RN is responsible for conducting initial client assessments, developing care plans, and performing supervisory visits for home health aides. They must also provide ongoing documentation, patient education, and maintain accurate medical records.
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
Previous experience in home health or acute care (ICU/ER/Med Surg) required.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Compensation: Paid per visit
Include: Complete comprehensive initial and ongoing nursing assessments. Perform supervisory visits of home health aides to ensure care plans are being followed. Develop and evaluate client care plans; revising as needed for unmet goals and changes in condition. Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) for each visit to comply with billing and regulations. Instruct patients and caregivers on disease management, safety improvements, and self- care techniques to promote independence. Communicate with family, caregiver and the team any changes in the patient' s physical or emotional condition. Participates in medical record audit as assigned.
The candidate must be a Registered Nurse capable of evaluating patient needs and initiating care plans. Strong documentation skills and the ability to observe and report changes in patient conditions are required.
