About the role

The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive care for pediatric hematology/oncology patients in an outpatient setting, including assessments, diagnosis, and health management. They will also participate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient education, counseling, and maintain accurate health records.

Nemours Children’s Health, Central Florida, is excited to expand our outpatient team in Orlando, Florida, and is seeking experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.

We currently have rewarding opportunities available in our Neuro-Oncology and Sickle Cell programs.

Qualifications

· Current Florida APRN or PA license in good standing · Current AHA BLS certification upon hire · AHA PALS required within 90 days of hire (inpatient APP team only) · Preferred Candidates (outpatient): Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Acute Care or Primary Care Certification: Pediatric APP experience, Hematology/Oncology experience · New-to-practice APPs (with appropriate background) encouraged to apply and will be supported through structured onboarding, mentorship, and training If you are seeking a role that offers professional development, meaningful pediatric specialization, and the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized providers in a supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current APRN or PA license and possess or be eligible for PALS certification. A minimum of two years of pediatric experience is preferred, though new graduates will be considered.
