The Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat veterans in a primary care clinic setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary PACT team. Responsibilities include developing patient management plans, ordering diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with VA guidelines.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be a graduate of an accredited physician assistant program with at least five years of relevant healthcare experience. Essential requirements include current state licensure, DEA registration, Basic Life Support and ACLS certifications, and the ability to be credentialed by the Veterans Health Administration.

As a Primary Care Physician Assistant, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients with diseases and injuries seeking treatment in the clinic, as directed by physician or mid-level provider. You will collaborate with the core PACT Team (Primary Care Provider, RN and Medical Assistant) and expanded PACT Team including family/caregiver, VA, and community-based services involved in developing the patient care plan.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
