The LPN will provide nursing care to geriatric patients, including administering medication and maintaining accurate patient charts. They are also responsible for organizing patient files and addressing complaints from patients and their families.
Candidates must be licensed as an LPN and possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care to the senior population.
