About the role

Procedures, Infusion & Care Model EMG: Established in-house volume with consistent demand Infusion: Strong infrastructure, particularly for neuromuscular indications (e.g., IVIG), supported by an experienced specialty pharmacy This model supports: Appropriate use of advanced therapies Strong patient outcomes A sustainable compensation structure without high visit volume pressure Compensation & Structure Competitive above-market salary Incentives tied to: Clinical volume Research participation and program development Sign-on and relocation support Residency/fellowship stipend Student-loan repayment Full benefits package: Health, dental, vision Retirement plan w/ 8% match PTO and CME Compensation is transparent and flexible, with the ability to tailor structure based on your clinical focus and goals.

Schedule Typically 5 days per week, with flexibility to move to 4 as the practice evolves No weekends No call Location – Tampa / Clearwater / Lutz, FL Practice in a high-growth, referral-rich market with strong demand for subspecialty neurology.

Desirable coastal lifestyle with access to beaches and outdoor recreation Rapid population growth driving continued patient demand Limited local access to neuromuscular and movement disorder specialists, positioning you as a key regional resource About Nira Nira Medical is a physician-led neurology platform focused on building high-quality, outpatient practices with strong subspecialty support, including infusion and research.

Market context

Florida physician roles remain competitive

In Florida, physician openings are typically shaped by steady demand from large health systems, outpatient groups, and growing patient populations. These roles are competitive because employers often look for strong clinical credentials, current BLS certification, and readiness to work in fast-paced care settings; this posting also notes no prior experience is required, with a preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your credential match and prepare examples of patient-care experience before applying.
