Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures. Performs a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated body portions and produces diagnostically acceptable films for radiologist interpretation. Documents patient history prepares documentation of all procedures/reports completed and reports this to the radiologist. Maintains courtesy, professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, staff and physicians.

Requires a high school diploma and completion of formal radiologic technology training from an AMA approved school. Must be registered by the ARRT and hold a BCLS certification.
