Responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy interventions for residents across various healthcare settings. The role involves traveling to multiple Benedictine communities to provide direct patient care and support regional management during new acquisitions.
Requires a current state license in Occupational Therapy in good standing. Preference is given to candidates with one or more years of experience in long-term care.

The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system. The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
