The medical laboratory technician is responsible for testing lab specimens to ensure accurate results and maintaining clinical equipment. They must also perform quality control procedures and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or possess relevant medical technology certifications. Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and safety protocols is required.
