The Perioperative Registered Nurse manages patient care throughout the intraoperative experience by working outside the sterile field. They coordinate the surgical team, ensure a safe environment, and act as a patient advocate.
Full-time or Part-time; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (hours may vary based on center needs).

You’ll do: Assess patient needs preoperatively and intraoperatively Develop and implement individualized care plans Coordinate and communicate with the surgical team to maintain a safe, efficient OR environment Monitor patient positioning, safety, and equipment use Ensure accurate documentation and reporting Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives Uphold patient confidentiality and safety protocols

What
You’ll bring: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license in Illinois Minimum 1 year OR experience within the past 3–5 years BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire Strong critical thinking, communication, and team skills
