The Case Manager provides intensive individual mental health interventions and support services for youth and families. They collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement interventions and provide clinical data to support treatment objectives.

Case Manager provides intensive individual mental health interventions and support services. Case Manager is supervised by a mental health professional as part of the treatment team.
Assist in the development and implement the interventions developed by the Treatment Teams and describe them in the treatment plan.
Provide mental health professionals and other pertinent professionals with clinical information and data to support the treatment plan's objectives as well as engaging participant in an age-appropriate therapeutic activities and provide information and data in a timely manner.
Participate in and meet any training or testing requirements that may require by the state government and/or referring authority.
