The Behavioral Health Technician provides individualized mental health interventions and support services to children and adolescents in various community settings. They work under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional to implement specific treatment goals and maintain clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 40+ hours of training, or relevant experience, or professional certifications such as RBT. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Status: Part Time Hourly
FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Flexible schedule, possible for up to 40 hours per week; may require non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
