The Laborist Advanced Practice Provider supports the labor and delivery team by providing in-house clinical coverage and evaluating obstetric patients. They collaborate with physicians to manage labor, perform examinations, and implement treatment plans to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold current Arkansas licensure as an APRN or PA with national board certification and prescriptive authority. A Master’s degree from an accredited program and experience in women's health are required.
The Advanced Practice Provider must hold current Arkansas licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with national board certification and prescriptive authority. A Master’s degree (or equivalent graduate-level NP/PA education) from an accredited program is required. Candidates must maintain an active, unencumbered state license and be eligible for or hold DEA registration for controlled substance prescribing.
