The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Current CA state license is a plus. The Practice UCI Health - Lakewood – Lakewood, California STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center. 168-bed facility with a wide patient mix due to bordering Orange County and Long Beach. Annual volume of 39,000 with an 18%25 admit rate. Sub-specialty backup includes general surgery, ICU, ENT, vascular, ortho, cardio, and nephrology.
