This is a full-time, fully onsite position based in Mesa, AZ (with the potential for hybrid flexibility in the future). What You’ll Do Ensure accurate dispensing of medications with proper patient, dose, and route verification Conduct comprehensive drug utilization reviews Deliver patient-centered services such as consultations and medication therapy management Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment Mentor and oversee pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff Assist with inventory control, including compliance with handling and documentation for controlled substances Adhere to all federal and state pharmacy practice laws and internal quality standards Participate in administrative tasks that support efficiency and exceptional patient care
What You Bring Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited college Active and unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license Comfortable learning new technologies and pharmacy systems Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Passion for improving healthcare and medication accessibility
