Provide compassionate and comprehensive critical care to surgical and trauma patients within a 12-bed ICU unit. Manage patient care with a 2:1 ratio for ICU patients and 3:1 for Intermediate Care patients.
We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join the Surgical Trauma ICU team at Inova Loudoun Hospital.
BLS for healthcare provider certification from AHA required. ACLS (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN)- must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. IND1 #LI-KKS123
