Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Team Assistant- Full‑Time
Location: Salisbury, MD
Salary Range: $34,000–$44,000 annually Schedule: 4‑day, 36-hour work week — Monday through Thursday
The PRP Team Assistant will primarily provide full administrative support and general assistance to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains demographic and contact information in records current.
Manage representative payee accounts.
Contact and complete 30-day follow-ups.
Triage calls and new referrals
Participate as required in team meetings to ensure administrative coordination.
Ensure insurance and other intake data from new patients is in records; maintain collaborative relationships with managed care organizations and insurance carriers.
