Conduct patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri.
Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
CPR certification (preferred). Work Environment PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling. Skilled Nursing Facility. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.
