Description: Full-Time Non-call Physician 40 hrs./week (5x8s or 4x10s) at Jefferson Abington Hospital. Opportunity for ASC work also available. United Anesthesia Services, P.C. (UAS) is seeking a BC/BE, ACLS/BLS certified, anesthesiologist for a full-time, non-call position based at Jefferson Health's Abington Hospital and ASC in the Philadelphia, PA suburbs. Highly motivated, dynamic anesthesiologists interested in working on a strong team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting are encouraged to apply. As the premier private anesthesia practice in the Philadelphia, PA area, UAS enjoys exclusive agreements for services at its partner health systems and ASCs. UAS is comprised of 125 physicians and 300 CRNAs supporting 7 hospitals and 9 ASCs and provides full-service general, cardiac, regional, pediatric, chronic/acute pain, and critical care anesthesia services. Formed in 1996, UAS continues to grow both organically at facilities and through affiliations with other private practices within the region. Opportunities with UAS are based about 10 miles from Center City Philadelphia in a highly desirable suburban area with some of the top-rated school districts in Pennsylvania and the country. The location provides convenient access to award winning restaurants, a vibrant art scene, professional sports teams, and museums.
